Co-curricular
To develop the varied interest and different talents of the pupils we provide ample opportunity through several co-curricular activities. Students are given training in music, painting and other art forms. Besides formal coaching in music and art, they are given opportunity to participate in art, cultural and social activities through various association and clubs. Participation in one of the co-curricular activities is compulsory. In the continuous and comprehensive evaluation of the students, the performance of one or two co- curricular activities will be graded and the marks will be entered in the progress report.
The activities are planned ‘House-Wise’ giving opportunity to all the students to participate. There are four Houses. There are House captains from among the students, House Masters and Associate House Masters from among the staff. Inter-house competition are organized under the guidance of Co-ordinators and winners are awarded prizes on the annual day. The house members elect their respective leaders. House meetings are held ones in a term where students are given ample opportunities to exhibit their talent.
